Because our technicians reserve their time for your appointment, a 12-hour advance notice is greatly appreciated for cancellation or rescheduling. "No Shows" will be subject to a full price charge!
All packages require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If less than a 24-hour notice is given a fee will be required of 50% of the total services scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
